Returns and Refunds
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can return the item for a refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving it.
If more than 14 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
Note: We do not provide shipping labels for returns.

Some items are non-refundable
*Gift Cards
Gift cards cannot be refunded once they have been issued. By purchasing a gift card on our website, you agree to the terms and conditions of the sale of that item.
*Masks
For health reasons, masks cannot be returned or refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
